Wildly Fit trains our clients who to become more fit but to also move better in daily life. Our clients have ranged in age from 8 to 85, with concerns that include managing chronic illness, improving athletic performance, reducing everyday discomforts, improving balance and mobility, and healthy aging.

Founded in 2012, The Wilds had the passion, the knowledge, and the drive to teach, coach, and inspire to those that not only wanted to be “fit” but to learn from those that have the knowledge, the excellent communication, and the respect of the field.
Throughout the five years of seeing many clients through their door they were beginning to notice a trend with many new clients. Why have so many clients waited until surgery, rehab, severe pain or having to eliminate things we once loved to do.
In 2017 The Movement Lab opened its doors the concept is to fill in the missing piece of the fitness industry….self care. The Movement Lab is a place to connect two ends of the string moving well / being active to Injury / Pain

With adding proper self care into our daily lives we can achieve a life of moving well, decreasing pain, and continuing to do the things we love to do.

Amy Wilds (co-founder)

As a wife, mother, competitive athlete/runner, and Co-founder of both Wildly Fit and Movement Lab Amy understands and believes that achieving a successful healthy fitness lifestyle must be something that motivates you, inspires you, and is well executed. That is where her experience with a wide range of clientele (i.e. children, athletes, seniors, and post-therapy) and a strong educational background join together in helping her design the right program for you.

In addition to receiving a Bachelor Degree Kinesiology and minor of nutrition from Michigan State University she is also credited with the completion of numerous certifications, and continuing education including ACSM, NESTA , FST Level 1 and 2, FMT, and PRI.

Christian Wilds (co-founder)

Christian has been working professionally in the fitness industry a little over 20 years. His diverse background includes corporate fitness, personal training, group exercise, as well as managing fitness facilities.

 

Between his education and experience enables him to train a vast range of clients. Some of his specialties are weight loss, functional strength training, sport specific, and senior citizen specific training. His clients range from semi-professional athletes to seniors, and everything in between. “It’s all about the training, the motivational guidance, and the support system I provide to obtain optimum health and appearance.”
