Hands on Therapy Approach

Amy Wilds recently completed her Massage Therapy Program and is now a licensed massage therapist. During a recovery session, a combination of multiple modalities will be used including:  FST II, LMT, cupping, flossing, IASTM, along with take home exercises. 


Assessment: $150.00

Tune Up (30 minutes) – $70

Lower Body or Upper Body (60 minutes) – $135

Full Body Recovery (75 minutes) – $195

*All New Clients are required to do an Evaluation – $150. All packages expire 1 year from date of purchase and all sales are final. No Refunds. Missed or canceled sessions within 24 hours will be charged the full rates.

What type of payment do you accept?

  • Payments can be made through Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Can I submit my bills to Insurance?

  • In most cases, YES! We will provide you with a receipt at the end of treatment which you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. In some cases, your insurance MAY require a Physician Referral with your claim for reimbursement or a prescription from your physician. Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts are both accepted.

What should I wear?

  • Be sure to bring clothes that are comfortable to exercise in, and allow easy access to your injured body part. Changing rooms are available for your use.

What should I bring to my first visit?

  • Be sure to bring copies of any medical records you feel might be helpful for us to see, such as copies of operative reports or results of imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT Scan) studies. In addition, please print and fill out the intake forms on the scheduling page.  This will save us time on your first visit, so we can focus immediately on your treatment.
