Amy Wilds Co-founder, Wildly Fit and The Movement Lab

Amy understands and believes that achieving a healthy and fit lifestyle must be something that motivates you, inspires you, and is well executed. That is where her experience with a wide range of clientele (i.e. youth athletes, elite/pro athletes, seniors, and pre/post-therapy) and a strong educational background join together in helping her design the right program for you.

In addition to receiving a Bachelor Degree Kinesiology and minor of nutrition from Michigan State University she is also credited with the completion of numerous certifications, and continuing education including LMT, ACSM, FST Level 2, FMT, IASTM, Rocktape, and PRI.

Christian Wilds Co-founder, Wildly Fit and The Movement Lab

Christian has been working professionally in the fitness industry a little over 20 years. His diverse background includes corporate fitness, personal training, group exercise, as well as managing fitness facilities.

Between his education and experience enables him to train a vast range of clients. Some of his specialties are weight loss, functional strength training, sport specific, and senior citizen specific training. His clients range from semi-professional athletes to seniors, and everything in between. “It’s all about the training, the motivational guidance, and the support system I provide to obtain optimum health and appearance.”

Marcus Shelton Trainer

Marcus is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with an eclectic resume and skill set. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Marcus graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Science.

Over the last 25 years Marcus has managed his professional singing career which has included lead and supporting roles with major opera companies all around the world from Athens, Greece to New Orleans, Spain, Russia, Germany, France, Portland, and back to Seattle again. He continues to perform regularly around the area in a variety of venues, bringing a wide range of styles and experience to each performance.

As a young man, Marcus excelled in athletics and was the captain of his football, basketball, and track teams. Marcus is still VERY active and loves to push his mental and physical boundaries with a strict daily routine, and participation in Tough Mudder and other such extreme fitness challenges. His hobbies include personal development and improvement, music production, and spending as much quality time as possible with his wife and two boys. It is Marcus’ mission to help people become the absolute best versions of themselves!

Luci Fry Trainer and Nutrition Coach

Luci’s passion for fitness and nutrition has led her to pursue a career as a personal trainer. She has a Bachelors degree from Texas A&M, completed her personal training certification through WCC, and in the coming months will be working on an additional personal training and nutrition certification through NASM. When working with Luci you can always look forward to a high-energy workout that is appropriate for all fitness levels. Luci lives here in Ann Arbor and is a mother of three. She enjoys running, kettlebell training, and cooking.

Anmar Faik Trainer

Anmar was born and raised in Ann Arbor where he played and competed at the highest levels in soccer throughout his youth and into adulthood. He was ultimately recruited to play soccer for Eastern Michigan University, and still plays soccer competitively for Michigan United.

Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Eastern, Anmar turned his love for soccer and passion for athletics toward coaching and substitute teaching for Ann Arbor Public Schools for the better part of the last ten years. He coached various sports including soccer, track, cross-country, wrestling, volleyball and basketball, and led many teams to win city championships.

After developing a love for coaching, Anmar decided to make a career change and wanted to do more to help people achieve their athletic/fitness goals. Anmar provides a safe and encouraging atmosphere for his clients and lives by three simple words “Care. Train. Repeat.”

Ben Clark Trainer

Ben is an Ann Arbor native and recent graduate of University of Michigan’s School of Kinesiology.  He became certified through the NSCA and began personal training during his time at UM.  Ben is experienced in working with a diverse population ranging from undergraduate students to professors.  In his free time, Ben enjoys strength training, playing sports and taking backpacking and biking trips.
