Lauren loves to workout, run, and bike. She has run half a dozen full and half marathons, along with countless other races; she loves to help others reach their running goals. She has 2 major philosophies: 1. You have time for what you make time for. 2. Exercise can cure [almost] everything! During my twelve years of professional and collegiate football, I developed a thorough understanding of what it takes to achieve and surpass my athletic goals. My life after football has taught me the importance of balance and variety in maintaining overall health & fitness. I enjoy helping people at every stage of their journey. Whether your goal is to learn and develop strength and confidence, maintain your overall fitness, or push yourself to new levels of athleticism, I can help! I received my certification through NASM (National Certification of Sports Medicine) and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
