Nutrition Coaching

 

There is a lot of information available about healthy foods and special diets.  Figuring out how to put together healthy meals that makes sense for your body can be challenging.  Further complicating the issue is trying to find the right foods for you that are inline with your goals, personal preferences, sensitivities and allergies.  Nutritional coaching facilitates the inclusion of healthy eating and helps clients move toward a healthier lifestyle.  Nutrition coaching includes educating clients about healthy food choices and developing strategies for maintaining healthy eating habits.

Nutrition coaching is appropriate for the person that wants to :

  • Learn how to put together a healthy meal that is delicious and satisfying,
  • Jump start weight loss,
  • Change their diet to maximize muscle growth, or
  • Change their eating habits to support a new diet.

Keep in mind that Nutrition Coaching includes much more than just meal planning.  Your nutrition coach will provide you with suggested meal plans, ongoing support, and strategies to overcome any challenges or setbacks you encounter.  Your nutrition coach will also help you track your progress and ultimately hold you accountable for the choices you are making.   Wildly Fit offers two nutrition coaching plans, a 6 Week Nutrition Coaching Program and a 12 Week Nutrition Coaching Program.  A Nutrition Assessment is required prior to starting a coaching program.

Personal Nutrition Assessment – $150
The initial assessment will provide an opportunity to understand your nutritional needs and the motivation for changing your nutritional habits. The following will be accomplished during your assessment. The assessment is a requirement prior to starting a nutrition program.
● Identify nutrition goals and set process goals
● Determine physical and nutritional baselines
● Determine energy requirement (target calorie intake)
● Set macro targets
● Discuss food preferences, allergies and sensitivities
● Review sample meal planning
● Review meal planning and support options

6 Week Nutrition Coaching Package – $375
The 6 Week Nutrition package includes the following:
● Personal Nutrition Assessment
● Individualized weekly meal plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)
● Grocery lists
● Recipes
● Unlimited access to nutrition coach via text, email and or chat
● Ongoing nutritional support throughout the six week period
● 6 check-ins conducted in person, virtually, via phone, or email
● Journaling and progress tracking
● Takeout and restaurant suggestions
● Meal preparation strategies
● Exit interview

12 Week Nutrition Coaching Package – $675
The 12 Week Nutrition Package will provide you with all the tools you need to meet your
nutrition goals. This package includes:
● Personal Nutrition Assessment
● Individualized weekly meal plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)
● Grocery lists
● Recipes
● Unlimited access to nutrition coach via text, email and or chat
● Ongoing nutritional support throughout the twelve week period
● 12 check-ins conducted in person, virtually, via phone, or email

● Journaling and progress tracking
● Meal preparation strategies
● Takeout and restaurant suggestions
● Exit interview
