What type of payment do you accept?

  • Payments can be made through Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Can I submit my bills to Insurance?

  • In most cases, YES! We will provide you with a receipt at the end of treatment which you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. In some cases, your insurance MAY require a Physician Referral with your claim for reimbursement. Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts are both accepted.

What should I wear?

  • Be sure to bring clothes that are comfortable to exercise in, and allow easy access to your injured body part. Changing rooms are available for your use.

What should I bring to my first visit?

  • Be sure to bring copies of any medical records you feel might be helpful for us to see, such as copies of operative reports or results of imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT Scan) studies. In addition, please print and fill out the intake forms on the scheduling page.  This will save us time on your first visit, so we can focus immediately on your treatment.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and a former Collegiate Athlete, Dr. Schaible brings a unique perspective to his treatment approach. This gives him the ability to combine aspects of rehabilitation and training during evaluation, as well as when formulating a treatment plan. When you don’t find Greg in the clinic treating patients, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, living an active lifestyle, coaching, and playing sports. He is an avid Lions, Pistons, and most importantly a Michigan Wolverines fan!
